Wow. What a letdown. After my fourth visit with what has been really good service so far, the nurse asked me if I had any other questions. I asked a simple question about aging and what I can do about my skin. The doctor answered it in about 20 seconds. Upon checking out, I found out that they billed me for an entire separate office visit just for answering that one question.
