I took my wifes Cruze with 10000 KMs to them to fix a oil leak at the front seal. I had been recommended there by a good friend as my usual mechanical shop could not get me in for 3 weeks and the leak was messing up my garage. I did check the reviews and most of them were good. Unfortunately, nobody told me that the business had been sold to new owners the week I was to bring it in. It was supposed to take 6-8 hours.
