When you want to find a dentist that accepts a certain dental insurance, your first question before even scheduling that appointment is..."do you accept xyz insurance?" The answer Dr. Setterberg's office gave was "yes"! So, I scheduled the appointment, had my teeth cleaned, x-rays done, etc. with the appropriate amount covered by xyz insurance. Then, a few weeks later I received a bill from Dr. Setterberg's office for over $200 for the visit. I called Dr. Setterberg's office to find out why this was billed when I know that x... read more
