HORRIBLE PLACE – Absolutely disgusting place...cockroaches that the office calls "water bugs", THIN ass walls and floors, NO parking, feces all over the ground, stray cats everywhere, $1200 for a 2 bed 1.5 bath. Laundry room is a joke, half the washers dont work and the ones that do leak every where. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. NO counter or cupboard space in the kitchen. HORRIBLE!!! – We moved in March to Brynn Marr, We've had "waterbugs" since day one as well as ants, the front desk told us it wasn't their problem that we needed to fix it ourselves, There's hardly any room at all. The 2 bed town houses aren't 2 baths they are only 1 1/2 bath. You have to professionally clean your carpets before you move out or you pay almost $1000 dollars for them to do it. Its one bad thing after another. We've only been here 3 months and found out that rent is going up to almost $990. THEY ARE NOT WORTH I... read more
