I had such a great experience working with Brynn Elizabeth Jewelers! I had no idea what needed to be done to an old ring that had been passed on to me, and Savannah was incredibly patient and helpful as she explained to me what needed to be done and why. It needed sixteen prongs to be retipped, and a few needed to be replaced. In addition, I needed it to be resized. Within a few days the ring was ready for me to pick up, and it is beautiful. Beautiful pieces some are so very different. Have had some repairs done and can say they were fixed perfectly.
