I recommend that you look for a different realtor. I wrote Brynadette to make an offer on a property, that was in complete alignment with it’s assessed market value, and after no response, I wrote again and asked the process to make an offer, and her response was rather rude and unprofessional, saying: “ Call another realtor. That offer will not be accepted ,Brynadette Powell Realtor”

She is shady as they come. She recently ripped off the seniors of Cedar Springs by selling their building to an acquaintance for $25k and then reselling the place for $200k. Just Google her name.
