Way too much money for rent and they make rent prices go up every couple of months, maintenance sucks they don't have in unit washer or dryer but there's only a couple of machines for all apartments and no security and a few murders and attacks as well as a horrible mold problem. So if you want all that for the price of $1600 or more a month than definitely stay here

I love my apartment but i am giving three stars because I’m not a fan of the manager. I’ve had multiple run ins with her and all of them she was extremely rude. Thank goodness we have Debbie! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Debbie, the assistant manager!
I have a leaking kitchen facuet, it's been that way since 2023, the maintenence can not repair it. You know what creature likes water? Roaches! They are taking over the apartment, I told maintenence they put roach motels that did not help, we spray them with bug stop, it seems as tho they are becoming resist to it because we have to use a lot for 1 bug, it like you gotta drowned them with it, I also tried the powdered bug killer.
