I have a leaking kitchen facuet, it's been that way since 2023, the maintenence can not repair it. You know what creature likes water? Roaches! They are taking over the apartment, I told maintenence they put roach motels that did not help, we spray them with bug stop, it seems as tho they are becoming resist to it because we have to use a lot for 1 bug, it like you gotta drowned them with it, I also tried the powdered bug killer. A Dive!!!! Overly charged rent, low amenities, loud neighbors, mold, theft, a pool that has not been in use more than 4 years, multiple other problems and now roaches. So glad I am moving out and never looking back. This place doesn't even deserve one star..
do not move here, if you are on section 8 housing you will get double dipped, the manger's like to raise the rent without approval from section 8, and will lie saying they can, and when you ask for a letter from section 8 that they can, they will not provide a letter, they will lie to try and get more money off of you, I am currently experiencing this, as I have not received a letter from section 8 saying my rent was increasing and my rent was at $0.00 on the 28th of June, and on July 2nt I am suddenly having to pay $77 and ... read more
I had the misfortune of living at Bryn-mar Village Apartments, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the management here is beyond incompetent. They have no regard for the safety and well-being of their tenants. The rent is hiked up without any consideration for Section 8 permission, leaving many struggling to make ends meet. Do not move to here, maintenance sucks, they take months to shows, or they don’t show up all, even when it’s a emergency, apartment rules are stupid, you can’t have stuff in the window inside your own home, your not allowed to smoke on writhing 10 of the property they get upset when you have candles or Insense even if it part of your religious belief, the apartments it self are falling apart, stairs breaks, pipes breaking, wood rotting, etc. they never open the pool, the pool here has been closed for 5 years now, every year ... read more
