I have naturally uneven textured wavy/curly hair and I have had a lot of terrible and high maintenance haircuts. I give Molly general guidelines for what I'm looking for, but ask her to do what would best compliment my hair texture. For the first time ever, I feel like my hair looks great without me having to spend an hour wrangling it.
