Since switching to Brydges from another company, we have had excellent service. Brydges has been prompt to respond to questions and concerns and have provided excellent recommendations if the board was not satisfied with a contractor. We couldn't ask for more from our designated manager, Ian and administrator. They competently managed a very big job for us this past summer. This company is terrible. I will never buy a condo with them as the managers ever again and I would advise you not to as well. 400$ a month for parking lot clearing and mowing 400 sq feet of grass? And on top of that, you will get random bills for upwards for 2000$ for random cosmetic renos that you don't care about.
