A disgusting company, the worst I've ever dealt with. I own the house and I'm forced to deal with management. Applications are accepted on May 1st, and the "in progress" status changes after 2.5 months. It's impossible to get through by phone or by email; they're simply ignored, just like you. Any questions are resolved with the following phrase: "We'll review your request and add it to next year's plan." Is this even normal? The property manager that Brydges assigned to our building is absolutley horrible. Ian MacLeod is arrogant rude and disrespectful and does nothing. Anything that is brought up to him is "first that I know of" meanwhile it's been brought up numerous times. He talks down to us and thinks he knows everything. Our superintendent Mike must be related and was probably recommended by him because they're both arrogant know it alls.
Rude, disorganized and outright lazy. Cannot believe the way they handle business, won’t last much longer that’s for sure.
We have been impressed by the responsiveness, experience, and clear communication of our Brydges property manager since making the switch.
