I put in a application for Bolton place plus a deposit and after 1 month never heard from anyone even though I had left messages both on the answering machine and with reception. Worst company ever
In May 2023, this property management spent $21,000 on patio repairs due to leaks from the basement parking, yet I have not received any documentation for similar work done in 2021. Despite the high cost, the basement parking still leaks during rain, and the patio—which was promised to remain grass-free, now has overgrown vegetation. I have lived in a property run by Brydges for over a decade and have never had an issue. The condo managers have always been great. The maintenance dude is there every morning and works hard.
