As a condo owner, I received a letter from the Brydges management company on the afternoon of April 28, 2026, informing me that the contractor called Emerald Island would begin spring lawn cleaning on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM. We were asked to remove our cars and everything else from the property so as not to interfere with the cleaning. Whether you actually do or not doesn’t matter; the moment they believe you do, you’re already guilty in their eyes. The threats come first, and the doubling‑down follows immediately. Grant Ave- We have been living in this building as owners for almost a year, and unfortunately, our experience with the property management company is very disappointing. Communication is extremely poor. Emails often go unanswered, issues remain unresolved, and there is little to no follow-up or willingness to communicate — even when situations require urgent attention.
