Grant Ave- We have been living in this building as owners for almost a year, and unfortunately, our experience with the property management company is very disappointing. Serious concerns about security here. The parking lot cameras have not been working during multiple incidents, including a home break in and a recent car break in, with no footage available either time. With crime clearly increasing, the bare minimum is having functioning cameras. Residents pay condo fees for a reason, and right now that basic expectation is not being met. This is not a one time issue. It is a pattern and it isn’t being addressed.

Honestly this is the worst property management company I’ve dealt with in my 10 years of renting, specifically Alina the woman who is supposed to be “managing he building” at 105 Scotia Street. we were told our balcony’s would be out of use for 1 week and it has now been 3 months, legally we do not have to pay for the space we cannot use (the tenancy branch has called and left messages that Alina ignores)… they’re getting mad at me for using a balcony I pay for??
