No AC or central Air, you’ll feel like your hallucinating in the summer with how hot it gets even with buying your own expensive air conditioners and fans.
Paid a rent deposit here to apply for a unit, I was declined, which is fine I have found better but 3 weeks later and I have yet to get my $1800 back!!! How are you supposed to apply for other places when they hold your money for 3 weeks! Ridiculous! I think I dodged a bullet
I've lived here for many years. My apartment is large and bright. The building is clean and well maintained.
The units are very under maintained it got to the point that a fellow tenant was locked in the garbage shut room from how poor the maintenance is the staff and managers are very difficult to deal with even from the day i was signing my lease very bad attitude Almost nothing is working as it should be i keep waking up to noises of construction and pounding each morning the locks on the door downstairs are very unsafe and the elevators are slow and they can be a pain alot of the time back to the units as the place is very old ... read more
Ant infestation coming from in the wall and out of electrical sockets, 2 rounds of pest control hasnt done anything. No hot water minimum 1 day a month, Elevators were always broken for first half of the lease. Parking spots get stolen because they have like 8 visitors for both buildings so instead of adding some and lowering underground price by a tiny bit to get a few to move down there, they now charge visitors parking for roughly 20 bucks an overnight and didnt change anything except profit off how full it is all the tim... read more
