the carpet cleaning team that came out was great from start to finish. they called about 20 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on the way, arrived right on time, and were friendly, polite, and professional. Herbert and Matthew did a full walk-through with me first so i could point out a few trouble spots, including one area where my dog had gotten sick. He measured every room, explained the cleaning process clearly, and went over the different products and methods used for each carpet type.
