My first appointment I got in around 30 minutes. The 2nd one I left after waiting 45 minutes and still had 2 people in front of me. I wasn't even in a room yet. The woman up front did not tell me he was late and had a horrible attitude and couldn't care less about my wait time. I was rescheduled another day at 1pm saying I would be the first after lunch. Well they scheduled 3 of us at 1pm. I saw the doctor an hour later. I confronted Fincham about it and he played stupid and brushed me off.
Dr Fincham took EXCELLENT care of me and did a fantastic job on my clavicle surgery and my post op! He has been absolutely perfect! His staff is awesome also! Thank you! Sabrina Cox
