I used Bryce as a realtor to purchase a house recently and this review is only on my opinion of him as a buying realtor. I was in a position of urgency to purchase a house as my regular realtor Jim Archer went on vacation after selling my previous house and left me hanging in a seller's market. Bryce seemed capable and responsive, so I hired him to help me find a house. He did put in effort, hence the 3* rather than 1, BUT in the negotiation part, he told the selling realtor I was desperate...they were apparently really good... read more
Very impressed with Bryce Evans, he was easy to talk to through the whole process and was very pleasant and professional every step of the way. Not at all aggressive or pushy. I highly recommend him and if need be I would hire him again in the future. Top notch service. He is a realtor you can trust to take care of your needs.
