I recently had an appointment with this Kaiser Permanente provider, and unfortunately, it was disappointing to say the least. The doctor showed a complete lack of warmth and empathy from the start. The entire visit felt extremely rushed, it seemed like they were just checking boxes rather than truly listening to my concerns.
