I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Lee (and his staff). My thyroidectomy went very smoothly and my recovery time was so short. He made me feel that I was in safe hands, and the proof is in the ease of my post-op/recovery. Truly excellent doctor/surgeon. I also appreciated his willingness to answer my questions especially during the follow up. Friendly, caring and helpful staff. I would recomment Dr. Bryant Lee to everybody needing a surgery like mine.

Dr Lee is very arrogant. My son had a scope placed in his nose and Dr. Lee got angry when my son coughed. He said, "don't cough on me". He should have been wearing a mask. He misdiagnosed my son with herpes virus. We had to go to the hospital that evening because my son could not swallow. He actually has pharyngitis. Stay away from this man. He has issues. Don't feed his ego!!!

Business response:

Thank you for your review. I typically wear a mask when I deal with young boys. But this is the first time a 30 year old man has ever coughed directly in my face without covering his mouth, despite the tissues I had just provided. A good lesson for me about universal precautions!!! During and after the visit I had follow up with your husband and your primary doctor and am glad that the throat pain resolved.

We didn't get along. My head was fuzzy and slow during the visit. I wasn't totally understanding all the information (I had just gotten out of the hospital). I didn't understand why I went for the visit - he was suggesting that my illness just had to run its course. But in the moment, he was extremely insulted by me. I had to apologize twice to him and he told me twice he didn't want to be my doctor. Then he didn't give me the at-home therapy handouts until 2 weeks later - awful.

Business response:

I clearly remember your visit. After hearing about your illness and reviewing your scans, I concluded that the illness would correct itself with time and patience You were so distraught that the hospital referred you "for no reason" and you mention this was a "waste of your time" so often that I offered to return all your money and cancel the visit, since I could not return your time. Fortunately you stayed on and a few weeks later you felt better without needless medication or surgeries
