I saw Dr Lee for deviated septum, he came across arrogant and didn’t like when I asked questions. He was rough when examining my nose with the camera. After results I emailed a question and he communicated the results explains it. Obviously I reached out because I didn’t understand the result. His response was see a neurologist. He totally gas lighted me because I asked a question. Awful customer service, if he doesn’t like dealing with people he shouldn’t be a doctor!
Great communicator, organized, conscientious, collaborative, curious and excellent in explanations.
Dr. Lee diagnosed my cancer. He has been very thorough and he still checks me very carefully to do his best to catch any possible recurrence. I have to thank him for the excellent I receive.
My experience was very good. Dr. Lee did my thyroid/parathyroid surgery in August 2022. He explained the procedure and also answered questions. His Office staff was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee. Excellent Surgeon and staff at Summit Health.
I went to Dr. Lee for a deviated septum surgery. We had a to-the-point pre-op discussion. He seemed experienced and knowledgeable. However, when asked about side effects, his response was: if you don't want the surgery, you don't have to do it. I got the surgery, breathed through plastic for a week, and within hours of him pulling tubes out, the formerly narrowed nostril completely collapsed. When I pushed for an explanation, he dodged for a long time, then literally told me: it didn't work out, sorry. I can refund you the s... read more
My father suffered from esophageal diverticulum. He previously had an endoscopic botched surgery performed by another doctor prior to consulting Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee explained in great detail the best surgical approach to address my father’s condition and explained all associated risks. His level of expertise was comforting, as we were extremely apprehensive after the experience with the previous doctor. Dr. Lee and his team of experts performed the surgery in September 2020. Due to the pandemic, we were not permitted to accompa... read more
My experience was horrible and I waited for so long. He just doesn’t show any respect to patients time. Make sure you bring a good and long novel to read while waiting...
I was so afraid to have my throat surgery until I met Dr. Bryant Lee from Livingston NJ. He explained everything with such confidence that put all my fears to rest. In my opinion he is truly a TOP DOC! A day after surgery I left the hospital with no more than a regular sore throat. thank you Dr. Lee.
I cannot fault Dr. Lee or his excellent staff. From the first visit to the actual surgery and follow up. Dr. Lee made me feel at ease throughout the entire experience, taking time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, surgery and recovery.
