Bryant ************************* is exceptional service company. I had them do some electrical work as well as Hvac and there technicians are some of the most professional techs i have seen in ****** to date. I see a lot of people fussing on hear about pricing or work and i have yet to find anything giving those comments and credit they are efficient in every aspect of what they do i will be using them for as long as they will allow me to.
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a business. We had a plug shorting out in our garage. The technician came out and spent about 15 min determining that the short was from the fridge plugged in to it. He did absolutely nothing to fix the actual plug or anything to our wiring. He charged $100 service call + $200 for 1 hour of work + $150 for troubleshooting. This should have cost me $150 for the service call and 15 min of work. Instead I was required to pay another $300. I used Bryant for a large remodel i was performing on my home in Austin. I work for a construction company and we have used Bryant on many jobs previously. I was just informed this morning that they would not longer be obligating their contract as they have mismanaged (their words) the project and were no longer making money. I have a half finished home, no electrical service, and no options other than to hire a new electrical contractor. Austins Best Electricians – I purchased a new HOT TUB from Spa EXPO and needed to have some wiring done for my new tub. Spa EXPO recommended BRYANT Electric. So I gave them a call and Silvester cam out the same afternoon gave me a quote I hired him on the spot. When my tub was delivered his guys had already began their work. there was a day and half worth of work to be done due to a previous electricians shotty work which they had to redo I thought I would be looking at a bill of over 1500 or so.
