We have been satisfied customers of Bryan’s Penndel Service Center way before Bryan took over the business…. Bryan has continued the outstanding service of his predecessors. Bryan is honest, reliable and reasonably priced which is why we continue to bring our vehicles to him for service despite the fact we moved out of state and now have over an hour drive to his station.
Dropped my car off for an inspection and a brake problem. Ended up waiting three weeks car was giving back to me with brake fluid all over my engine bay, replaced a brake master cyclinder that wasn’t needed to be replaced charged me for it. Long story short is left with a part I didn’t need , weeks without my car and no inspection. Back to square one.
Bryan's service and honesty is a refreshing change from some of the experiences that I have had. My inspection had expired and he squeezed me in and had my car back to me the same day. Will definitely be taking my car there again if I have any issues.
An honest and trustworthy mechanic! Very fair with pricing. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He will explain things to you in a way you can understand. He has a great staff who know what they're doing. He will not rip you off like other mechanics I've dealt with in the past. I will only go to him from now on to take care of all my car needs! He is a true blessing!
