A fantastic person, truly! He did the duct work in my older home two years back (I had but ONE single vent feeding the whole main floor and none in the basement, so it was a big job!) So when the furnace fan decided to leave this world I knew who I had to call. And will certainly do so again if my furnace and any of it's parts decide to throw a tantrum.
