Our furnace failed on one of the coldest days of the year and Bard from Bryan’s Heating & Air replaced it the same day — on a Sunday. He went above and beyond, even driving from Peterborough to Trenton to pick up a custom duct piece to make sure the job was completed as quickly as possible. Professional, responsive, neat and genuinely committed to the job. Highly recommend.
