Wow!! i was really impressed with the whole carpet cleaning experience. From the start, i could tell that cole knew exactly what she was doing. i work in real estate, and i booked the service for a client dealing with a major cat odor and carpet soil issue. We have used Bryan's Carpet Cleaners several times, and every visit has gone beyond what we expected. Our older carpet looks fresh and almost like new again after each cleaning. We have pets, and we also help care for older dogs and puppies, so accidents and heavy soil happen from time to time. I have been using Bryan's Carpet Cleaners for a long time for very good reason. Their rug pick-up and delivery service makes it easy to keep my rugs clean and fresh without any hassle. I do not know of another carpet cleaning service that offers this kind of convenience. The service is always polite, on time, and helpful, especially when I needed extra assistance moving a large area rug. We have never had a better carpet cleaning service in all our years. There was rust, oil, and very heavy soil ground into the carpet in a home we were moving into, and we honestly thought the carpet would need to be replaced.
