Brain might be okay but if you look at the practice he runs and the people he employees it's rated an actually 2.9 stars. He may be fine but 90% of who you engage with is not him. Never returned a call, waited more than 72 hours from the rereferral for me to call them to be open for scheduling, Appointments several weeks out. Warned they would take no intervention at all on the first visit. Operate in a servicing part of the medical industry with no empathy, urgency, or sympathy. Find someone else.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating considering I was very late for my appointment.
My experience with this office was deeply disappointing and far below the level of professionalism anyone should expect from a pain management team. I came to them with legitimate, long-standing spine issues and a documented medical history, hoping for steady care and responsible coordination.
