my previous eye care practice, Family Vision Care, recently merged with bryan vision. I've tried 3 times today to schedule an appt. I'll spare the gory details, but it was impossible. Hold times rivaled social security, and when I finaly got a human being, her english wasn't great, she let a bit sigh when she answered, and after providing all my information she transfered me to the front office to make the appt. ? I went on hold for about 30 more seconds, then to voicemail. Color me a former patient.
Went in because one of the rubber pads on my glasses came off and they fixed it no problem free of charge. Great people!
