Very professional nurse and doctor.
I was in an accident and hit my head on my steering wheel. Also was sore and just wanted to be looked over to make sure I was ok. The doctor was sooo nice and she helped me feel better after a rough evening with the way she treated me. She gave me great advice and I was impressed with overall service from the moment I walked in the door. The girl up front was friendly as well and very welcoming.
I try not to post negative situations on the internet but I’m sorry to say that my PA was straight not smart. She asked me if I had taken anything for pain and I said no because it wasn’t medicine I needed. Her response, that’s what we do here is prescribe medicine, we don’t do anything else. I’m sorry but what?! So I can send my buddy in there to get some prescribed medication because that’s what they are there for?! Always treated okay but they were waiting for the x-rays come back because I bit my finger back on a fall They told me to ice it take ibuprofen and they gave me a split for my finger The x Ray never came back They said they would call me But I never got a call on my x-ray. It's my ring finger
Absolutely the best urgent care experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so kind. The wait time was minimal and everything was clean and tidy. My care giver went above and beyond in reaching a diagnosis. She was so kind and explained everything thoroughly. I truly felt like she genuinely cared.
