Went in for cold/flu like symptoms. One of my symptoms was pain in my chest. They didn't ask clarifying questions and just assumed I was having a cardiac event. While I appreciate the sentiment, once back in the room and after stating, through my barely existent voice and difficulty breathing, that it was more like a ball of needles in my chest, I was given the absolute coldest treatment. Waited over 30 minutes on the phone on hold a half hour into the clinic opening, this place must be really busy. I know it’s moreso incompetency and not being able to answer a phone call as an urgent care facility is crazy. Go somewhere else
