Bryan went above and beyond why realtor I have worked with. He took the time to take me to places that I was not sure of and explain the pros and cons of each neighborhood. Once I found a floor plan that I liked, he negotiated the price so it was in my budget. Since I was still living in NY and purchasing in SC, he drove by and took video of the progress of construction. He was with me from start to finish with advice and information.
