Dr Shouse is a very personable doctor. He explains operations and procedures so a serious problem is not so scary.
He’s like family. Always a smile. And an amazing bed side manner. He listens and cares. Very patient. He doesn’t rush you in and out. It always feels like walking in a family members home when I go. His team is so kind and patient. I wish all drs and teams were like this! Thank you for all you do. You all rock.
Dr. Shouse and his staff are very competent, friendly, and effecient. Wait time was very short, explanation of procedure was quite clear, and all was carried out in a comforting, friendly manner. .A trip to my surgeon was not a time of anxiety, but of reassurance.

Dr. Bryan Shouse is AWESOME!! He is kind and caring. He took time to talk to me about every aspect of my case and answered all of my questions. He took into consideration my feelings and concerns. I also appreciated his sense of humor, I laughed about something at each visit. His staff's customer service is on point. They were always very kind both on the phone and in the office.
I have had a lot of experience with Dr. Shouse in the last month. He explains things well and is very open to any questions or concerns. He shows a great deal of compassion. My friend who went with me on my first visit with him said if she has to have surgery she will go to him.
I would not hesitate (and do) recommend Dr. Shouse and his great staff. Their kindness and compassion is excellent. When you find yourself in need of surgery, it always stressful. I felts as thought Dr. Shouse and his staff were sensitive to this and made me feel comfortable with the decisions while being clear they were my decisions to make.
I was so impressed with Dr Shouse because he reviewed my records & pictures before spending about 45 minutes explaining my need for surgery and how a complicated operation would be Performed. Dr Shouse assured me that he would be available whenever needed following surgery and he was good as his word. I recovered very quickly from the surgery and was playing golf in less than one month. I am very pleased with my surgery.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shouse 3 times in the last 10 years. He is attentive, kind, compassionate and really listens to his patients. He never raises his voice, always treats you with respect and never attempts to intimidate or bully you. What a relief when you are already stressed!
