I am very pleased with Dr O'Connell. He takes very good care of my parents and answers all questions throughly. He is also my pcp and again, he takes time and listens and prescribes accordingly.
I'm a kidney transplant patient and I take my health fairly seriously. I was ill twice and both times I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Oconnell or any of his associates, they sent me to a PA in another office. The first time I took it with a grain of salt, the second time after talking to a PA and getting a script that I took and still wasn't much better my wife called and again they sent me to a different office to see another PA, who said she would give me another antibiotic if I felt that that would help.
