Very smooth nurse was nice and DrBaines is always caring and we talk about our families !I would send all my friends to him!
Dr Baines has been my family’s primary care physician for over 20 years and has always taken great care of my family and myself, the TPMG staff does a excellent job I never have any issues getting a appointment and everyone is very friendly.

Dr. Baines has always been very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. A doctor who truly cares for his patients. During this pandemic, he is still supporting and I have had 2 appointments with him through teleconferencing. I am very grateful for his commitment to my well being.

This was the first time I have had a virtual appointment, it was great to still be able to receive excellent care without having to leave the house during this Pandemic. Dr Baines is an excellent, caring physician. He continues to take care of us during the restrictions poised by the pandemic without missing a beat.

It was Dr Baines’ first Tele-Med visit and he did a GREAT job of giving me the sense I got the same level of care I’ve come to expect from him. I took my own vital signs and he followed up by asking me how I took them, what equipment I use, and the circumstances under which I took them. He told me the system enabled him to see my whole medical history in a computer window while we talked.
