Dr Baines is compassionate and well informed. He always spends time with me and addresses my concerns while never feeling rushed or not a priority to him. My whole family goes to Dr Baines and we all are very pleased with his bedside manor and care overall. He knows of old school practices combined with newer medicine and procedures to get the best outcome from his patients. Highly recommend him at TPMG.
Dr. Baines has been my PCP for many years, and I have referred many people to him when they are looking for a new doctor He is very compassionate, doesn't rush you out of the office, and genuinely listens to your problems. He is very knowledgeable and well- trained and involves me in my plan of care I can't say enough good things about him as a physician and a person.
Dr. Baines went above and beyond the call of duty when I went for my appointment. With COVID-19 and a blown transformer providing no electricity to the office, he still found a room with natural light to take care of me.
Dr. Baines is always awesome! Even in this crazy pandemic world he figured out a way to see me when I really needed to see a doctor! It’s knowledge and professionalism is beyond reproach!
