Dr. Koopman is a great man. He has really gone above and beyond with treatment I received after having my teeth crushed in a bicycle accident. He did a dental implant, and has displayed patience and precision in his practice. His staff feels like family to me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work to anyone.
Two of my fillings had to be re-done completely. Also, this dentist wanted to do a crown on a tooth for $2400. I sought second opinion, and still 7 years later do not need a crown on that tooth!
Dr. Koopman has done several fillings on me as well as replaced a cap and made a bridge and I don't like the fact that he allows his dental assistant to finish them up. She doesn't do a very good job and they end up being rough and uneven. I also now have larger than normal gaps between my teeth. The last procedure he did was a bridge that he put in and he once again let his assistant do most of the work. It was right before a holiday and I felt extremely rushed. one thing really impressive about Dr. Koopmann's office is their customer service. Everybody in his office is very friendly and nice. If you need a dental experience with less stress, Dr. Koopmann is your pick.
Dr. Koopman has been my dentist for the last 4 years. I came to him after I sustained an injury to my mouth and teeth. He and his staff were so caring and did everything to make me comfortable. They have continued to do the same ever since. The results of my reconstruction on my smile are fabulous, and I owe it all to Dr. Koopmann.
