Fabulous and freeing .wonderful teacher.
LOVE Bryan's classes. His sequences are a great workout and help burn off your mental bugs, and your body feels bendy and clean afterwards, too. Also really love his running monologue throughout his classes. I usually come away with a soundbite or an idea that I want to hurry up and write down... so I can it take with me. This guy is greatness.
Bryan arrived into Ireland and sent a surge of energy through the ethers of Dublin city.. What a great Man and great practice
Bryan was my first yoga experience. How lucky/fortunate can you be. He was the kindest most attentive, helpful person to get an introduction to the delights of a yoga practice. As a 50 year old Englishman walking into a jam packed yoga space, I was made to feel welcome and completely cared for. I was back as often as possible during my stay.
