I was fortunate enough to experience Bryan’s 5 day power yoga teacher training. He is so refreshing, real and spiritual. He makes sense of all the feelings we feel toward this amazing practice. A practice it is; and he reminds us that change is inevitable, letting go is the process we need and we practice to SEE our progress. No judgment, just keeping it real. Amazing instructor and experience!

I had the delight of attending Bryan's class the other night @ his Santa Monica donation-based studio. I love his authenticity and reminders that the shapes we create on the mat are all based on the life experience(s) that have led us up to those spaces; that no two practices or bodies are the same - nor will they ever be.
