Their time is important. Yours is not. Usually, I wait 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another hour or more in the exam room to be seen. Today my appointment was at 3:00, I arrived at 3:08 and was told since I wasn't there on time the doctor had left. His receptionist is surly and rude. The nurses took 3 days and multiple phone calls to get back to me just to address my issue in the first place. Since my time isn't important I will take the time to look for a new doctor who actually cares about his patients.
