I had been a customer of Bryan Jackson for several years, actually I rarely ever would see him in the office. March of 2025 came by the office to get a home quote but was told by the lady at the front desk that their was a hail storm and we can't help you now in an extremely nasty tone, This was normal from her. Any time I need help and support, Deana is so amazing to work with!! She is always quick to answer my calls & questions and so quick to take action to make the claims process as smooth as possible!! I was recently involved in another claim through Geico and their process was extremely clunky/slow and not user friendly. I'm so thankful I've selected State Farm and have the best agent in town!!
