Customer service was unmatched!
Recently had hail damage to my car. My agents office worked with me and kept in touch to make sure I got with a good body shop etc. It was nice they followed up to make sure repairs will be completed and see if I need help.
Every person I’ve spoken to or worked with in Bryan Jackson’s office is terrific. Super knowledgeable, patient, empathetic & experienced. No matter how much I ramble about my issues, they take the time to actually listen & help educate me on my policy coverage. I’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years, changing agents as we move, when we moved north from southern IN, we decided to stay with Bryan’s office.
