I have lived here a couple of months. I LOVE it here. Like with ANY apartment there have been a few issues. Maintenance has addressed them all within a timely manner. As I am not the only person living here I know I'm not at the top of the list unless it's an emergency. Definitely glad I came in under the new management. It has truly made the transition experience easier! Absolutely � the staff.
New tenant and this place is absolutely ridiculous. We waited a month for a renovated apartment. Just yo move into an unrenovated one. It took about 10 phone calls and leaving work early three times to replace the disgusting carpet. Wasnt even cleaned still had last tenants toothpaste all over the walls cabinets and mirrors. Alllll the nasty aside weve been here almost a month and STILL dont have a mailbox key. Overall this place is not very good. Took them a week to fix a clog in the washer drain and they are slow in other maintenance issues. The complex has had a bedbug infestation as well. Also when my mother called to see about getting out of her lease ONE month early so that she could move into an assisted living facility, they told her nope you have to pay this last month. Thankfully it is for one month and mom isn't getting screwed for more. So, they also pray on seniors a bit too.
I'd don't that they keep going up on the rent every year an I'd different don't like them taking forever to fix our apartment. The only thing I'd like about this place is we are in between both Wal-Mart's an the tornados stay away from us. So my husband an I'd taluate this place. It cost to much to move!
Staff is friendly, already on 4th Manager and I moved in at end of Feb. Maintence takes awhile to get it right. Moving out due to money issue on my end, sewage smell in apartment coming up from drains, and mold smell anytime my air conditioner runs, and this is after a brand new unit went in after waiting over a month for them to get it right. Its a 50/50 shot here. I had brand new appliances and remodel when I moved in, so they are trying!
My grandma lived here for 2 years and had to move because there was mold, and it kept flooding, she had bad asthma and had no choice but to move cause they wouldn't fix the toilet, nor change her carpet, and with all the damages they tried to make her pay for it. Other than that she really did enjoy staying there.
They need to put big speed bumps to stop everyone from speeding threw here
