Wow don't move here. I lived there for 2 1/2 years. I liked it when I first lived there was nicely remodeled. When I first moved in I had a few issues but they were resolved fairly quick. Maintenance was great then, well NEW MANAGEMENT came in and it was nothing but issues. Start off rent went up and then there were added charges. My air conditioner was constantly breaking and they keep saying it's low on free on well then that's an indication there is a leak. my electric bill was insane. They do not care plain and simple.
