Not responsive despite posting an ad. I sent him over 5 communications over a two week span, of which he responded to 0. Hope he learns from my experience because as a realtor relationship mgmt and being responsive are paramount.

Bryan does an excellent job of looking at the buyer's needs and finding the right fit for you. I ended up buying the first home he showed me because he had made such a good match. He also goes to bat for you to get you the best deal possible.
I want to hand it to this man right here Bryan Cotton. We were in the middle of a pickle when we met him and he managed to take over and make our dreams come true. The best part about working with Bryan was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, and giving us great advice than he was about making a good deal.
