I love the integrated treatment plan! Kelsey Williams , cnp, is the first medical practitioner who has ever listened to me about my pain. She ordered blood tests and gave me a referral to a rheumatologist, who gave me a dx that I've waited over 20 yrs, and another dx which was dismaying - but at least I can get treatment to slow the progression.
These people are literally so sweet and helpful and non judgemental. They will send you right to the hospital if they know that they can't do anything more than what they already have. They check everything and they make you feel safe and comfortable. I always feel like they actually care. You don't walk out of the room and see people whispering like you do in some places. They know that everyone is human and that they mess up. They have the best beside manner I have ever seen 🥰🥰

i called the dentist the week of christmas trying to get in because I have nerve damage on a tooth, they put me on the emergency appointment list. they called last week to get me in, but i couldn’t because i had the flu. i called today and this lady said that im considered a new patient because i haven’t been since “2021”, i was there in 2023 and they’re not taking new patients. completely ridiculous getting two different answers and getting no help.
