I absolutely could not agree more with the previous review of this person. Whats even more disappointing is that she was recommended as one of the top appraisers in the area according to a certain website. I don't know how she paid her way into that but do NOT believe it. I have been attempting to reach her for ANY KIND of update., progress report or start date about the job she accepted. She will not answer phone calls no matter how hard you try. I paid a tremendous opportunity cost because of her and truly hope no one else... read more

READER BEWARE: We paid for her services and never heard back again. This "company" has only one employee: Ms. Anna Hallgren, from Newport News, VA. We paid for a home appraisal and she came, conducted the appraisal, told us we would be receiving an appraisal report in a week. She did not send anything. We called her and she said it would be ready in a couple of days. We never heard from her again and it has been more than a month. The initial visit was on 06/03.
