1 - this visit was the most comfortable I have experienced. 2 - communication was open thorough 3 - my treatment options were explained and questions answered sufficiently. I did not feel I was ignorant and incapable of understanding what had taken place and how to address the issues and reduce additional issues in the future. 4 - all previous experiences with dental professionals were negative. They provide outstanding dental work and their staff is one of the best I've ever been around. Personally, my dental visit in the past, with others have not been so good. Mr. Bumpas and all of the workers in the office was excellent. They make you feel comfortable and that makes for an great atmosphere. He is a very gentle and very respectable man. I would recommend him to anybody.
