All he did was text me once a day asking the same question and say he was going to get the numbers and get back to me which never happened

Not very organized, couldn't find the car I was interested in their lot. Salesman wasn't very good at his job.
Good communication. A little bit slow in receiving car after payment (bust "detailing dept"). The standard "extended warranty" deal was put on initial bill even though I specifically said no. Removed easily. Very willing to work on final price. Cant complain.
The team at Bryan exceeded my expectations, and went above and beyond to place me in the vehicle of my choice. They took care of mostly everything over the phone, so when I arrived it was quick and painless. I would purchase here again and recommend family.

Dru is one of the used car managers. He was the most pleasant car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was helpful, not pushy at all, listened to what I wanted and showed me the cars in the price range I requested. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him. The company has been around for 50-60 years.
It was the absolute worst experience I've had shopping for a vehicle. I was really interested in a Lexus IS 250 and the salesman could've cared less. He got the keys but the car was dead, he told me he would let the tech know the next day because there were none that day. He went back to his office. He didn't even offer his card.
