Did not have advertised car in stock.
Waited all day for a simple rough estimate on my truck . Sent pictures and vin nothing. So around 5pm I told him don't worry about it.
Dealer told me this car wasn’t there but similar cars in my price range were there and there weren’t any there so took a hour drive there and a hour drive back for NOTHING
Took time to get there attention. Had to switch salesman. Had hidden fees and they failed on car inspection report. The car had a major unsafe issue.
I contacted the dealership and scheduled an appointment with the manager. I specifically stated that I was driving over an hour and a half from out of town. The scheduler asked for the specifics on the vehicle I was interested in and I thought everything was ok. Once I was about 20 minutes away, I stoped at a convenience store and noticed I had an earlier notification from CarGurus that the car I was interested was no longer available. I requested specific questions to be answered and received “canned” responses from 3 different individuals, never answering my questions but rather wanting to schedule a time to drive the car. In my initial contact to get some questions answered I informed them that I live in Portland, OR. Obviously there was no thought or consideration as to my situation/location, just a typical sales pitch.
