Dr. Carroll is excellent and his staff are very caring. I was very nervous but they understood and were able to make sure I relaxed. Prayerfully he was referred and made my concerns go away, thank you Dr, Carroll.
On 4/21/23 I walked into this establishment nervous but ready to face the day. I was greeted by the receptionist Kimmy who was not only sweet but helpful when I had a few questions. Due to an emergency situation that was happening at that moment we who were in the waiting room one by one were called to the front window explaining that the Doctor had an emergency situation come up and that we are looking at about an hour wait. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a physician. I said i was a cosmetologist and he asked if i learned it in prison? Not even sure what that means. But i went to someone else, safe to say.
Great, caring doctor and wonderful staff. Can’t recommend Dr Carroll highly enough!
