Rude and nasty reception staff, I cannot believe that you would allow people to treat patients the way you did today. She should be ashamed of herself.
Stopped by tonight with my brothers kitten and they wouldn’t help. She sorry we’re closed try somewhere else. The only emergency vet open was Fort Wayne and we rushed over there and he died on the way. Why isn’t there an veterinarian on call for emergencies. Very angry and will never got to them again.
Recommendedthey take very good care of our pets and I will always go to them the doctors and the nurses are very nice and always willing to help you and your pets and I would also highly recommend them to any of my friends or family!
The vets are great, but their receptionists need to learn people skills.
