I have been paid in full since 2020, but in 2022 the billing department came after me for money. It eventually got straightened out, and I have an email saying it is paid in full. They have once again come after me for money in December 2023. It is difficult to get ahold of billing. Again, I have that email saying I am paid in full. I'm frustrated and would say be weary of this orthodontist.
Dr. B., without a doubt is truly the best orthodontist. I say this based on my experience. I had very bad teeth (edge to go edge) that were severely mispositioned. They were causing me headache, grinding them at night, and a not too good of an appearance. But, after visiting Dr. B., my teeth are now beautiful. The best office around! Dr B is such a terrific orthodontist and everyone in the office is warm, welcoming, kind and fun. They are respectful of their patients’ time and they make the whole braces experience very fun. I highly recommend this practice.
