We broke our lead spring and shock on our 5th wheel in Clearwater and we contacted Nic looking for replacements. He was willing to wait for us to bring him the broken parts for measurements. We got old broken spring off and headed down to Kamloops. Nic was fantastic to work with and willing to go the extra mile by staying a bit late until we arrived. We were in the middle of our vacation and his attention to helping us get back on the road without losing much off our trip. Thank you so much for your help. Awesome job
