This is the second time I attend This clinic and seen by Dr Delgado within a 2 month span because they wouldn’t authorize my refill without being seen first again. I arrive 15 minutes early and was still not taken back until 20 minutes after my initialed scheduled time. The opening schedule for one is unorganized, patients are outside waiting for the doors that where supposed to opens half an hour ago, only for when staff to open give an excuse that someone who was planned to open doesn’t come. A clinic shouldn’t be opened by one person alone, if an emergency comes they should have back ups for said case’s.
