Called Monday at 9am, told that they would try to fit me in. Called them back before 4pm, and was told since they couldn't get to me, I would be a priority on Tuesday. Tuesday, was told we were job 4 of 5, but no one called or came. I waited both days for their service, canceling my plans. I refuse to be treated like I don't matter. My money and recommendations will go to their competitors, who know how to treat their customers right. If you truly want to improve, communicating with your customers is a good first step.

Honestly, they need negative stars. Called to have them come out to give me an estimate, the guy showed up and told us that I would need to pay $160 per hour/per guy and he would need two guys for several hours at least, just to come out and find out what the issue might be. Called Mankel, they came out, looked around and immediately started fixing the issue. All resolved within 3 hours and paid less than what this company wanted me to pay just to find the issue.
Charged $145, repairman didn't even bring the ladder he needed to get into attic, couldn't verify what the problem was without it. All the houses here have the same entry into the attic. Why wouldn't he bring the correct type of later. Have 2 other repairman out sine. They both brought the correct equipment. Why not Brutinel?
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Seriously Brutinel!?!? I called YOUR company yesterday because "the other guy" had NO CUSTOMER service skill and demanded I work around his schedule. So I called you. I was assured my water heater and leaky kitchen sink would be tended to TODAY if you couldn't get here yesterday afternoon. I was told your worker HAD to be here before 4 otherwise the work couldn't get done. I got home at 3 BOTH days (the time agreed upon) and now it's AFTER 4:30 and still no plumber. AND THE OFFICE IS CLOSED EARLY!?!?!?... read more
Our rental company hired Brutinel to track down a sewer gas odor for us. They came in and assessed we needed a smoke test done. They performed the smoke test and were able to very quickly ascertain that we had a cracked vent pipe behind our bathroom sink. They very quickly and efficiently pulled the sink out..found the vent pipe and pulled it out and replaced it with a new one. Greg and Chris were very sweet, informative, and efficient.
