It is the people who make a gym..and under that criteria this is hands down the best gym ive ever been too and probably one of the best serious strength training gyms in the world..I go here as much as possible to train strongman events during season and have competed here once and ive learned so much and found so much encouragement from others every time ive set foot in here..Anyone who is serious about getting stronger in southeast virginia needs to be here.

Had my first competition there and the gym had a great environment and great equipment
I started on Tuesday and felt very lost as I have never really done free weights. I am starting to get in a good groove and already went up 5lbs in weight just this week! Very excited to start working with more equipment and get strong!
