I go here because I like malts. I have been 3 times in a row and asked for extra malt and was given a regular shake because they were out. They never tell you they just think you won't know. Last one was from a manager.
Found the longest piece of hair in my icecream very disappointed and disgusting 🤮. Your employees need to be wearing hair nets or covers!!!
